Mentoring
Mentoring that builds discipline, clarity and faith
Structured, accountable mentoring across mind, body and soul. Join the year-long Integrated Mentorship Programme (IMP) for ages 18–40, or work one-to-one with a mentor.

Two routes
Choose how you want to grow
Both routes use the same mind, body and soul framework. The programme adds a cohort, a curriculum and a year of accountability.
Integrated Mentorship Programme (IMP)
- Muslims aged 18–40, grouped by age band
- Cohorts of 8–12, gender-separated, with a lead mentor
- Weekly 90-minute sessions and a monthly one-to-one check-in
- Four 12-week seasons with quarterly reviews
- Your own Personal Development Map (PDM)
One-to-one mentoring
- Sessions of 60 minutes, online or in person
- Goals set around your situation and season of life
- Weekly commitments and honest review
- Islamic grounding throughout
- A good fit if a cohort does not suit your schedule
Three pillars
Mind · Body · Soul
True growth combines spiritual grounding, mental discipline and physical discipline. Without one, the others struggle to last.
Mental discipline, emotional regulation and clarity.
Physical discipline, health, sleep and consistency.
Spiritual grounding, your relationship with Allah, and tazkiyah.
The programme moves through five stages: awareness, discipline, consistency, ownership and leadership.

Our non-negotiables: consistency over intensity, action over theory, accountability over comfort, depth over entertainment, and Islamic integrity over trends.
“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both. Strive for that which will benefit you, seek the help of Allah, and do not feel helpless.”
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Sahih Muslim 2664
Is the programme a form of therapy?
No. The IMP is structured mentoring: goals, accountability and Islamic grounding. It is not therapy or counselling. If something comes up that needs professional support, your mentor will help you find it.
What commitment does the IMP ask for?
A weekly 90-minute group session, a monthly one-to-one check-in with your mentor, and the weekly actions you choose for yourself. Consistency matters more than intensity, so we ask you to commit before you join.
Are cohorts mixed?
No. Cohorts are gender-separated and grouped by age band, with 8–12 participants and a lead mentor.
How much does it cost?
Fees and payment options are explained during the application conversation, before you commit to anything.
Can I join part-way through the year?
New participants join at the start of a season. Book an application conversation and we will tell you when the next cohort opens.
What if I only want one-to-one mentoring?
That is available. One-to-one mentoring follows the same mind, body and soul framework, at a pace set around your goals. Book a one-to-one session to start.
Sincere Naseeha mentoring and content offer guidance and support. They are not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, medical care or emergency services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help call NHS 111. Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
