Holistic nurturing
Tarbiyah sessions for parents, families and yourself
Tarbiyah means holistic nurturing. Our sessions help parents and carers raise children with intention, and help adults take ownership of their own growth.

Who it's for
You might come to us for
- Parents and carers who want a clear, calm plan for faith at home
- Families navigating screens, routines and boundaries
- Parents of teenagers looking for better conversations
- New parents setting intentions early
- Adults who want a personal tarbiyah plan for themselves
What we work on
Together, we focus on
- Age-appropriate routines for salah and the Qur'an
- Character and adab: teaching by example
- Talking about faith and values with young people
- Consistency, rewards and gentle boundaries
- A personal growth plan across mind, body and soul
How it works

Every session ends with something practical you can do that week.

Follow up
Return sessions review the plan and adjust it as your family grows.
Sessions are with parents, carers and adults. Where a young person takes part, a parent or carer is present throughout, in line with our safeguarding policy.
“Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock.”
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Sahih al-Bukhari 893 and Sahih Muslim 1829
Do you work directly with children?
Sessions are with parents and carers. Where a young person joins, a parent or carer is present throughout.
Is tarbiyah only about religious knowledge?
No. Tarbiyah is holistic: faith, character, habits, emotions and relationships, nurtured together.
Can both parents attend?
Yes, and we encourage it. Children benefit when parents share one plan.
Do you run sessions for schools or mosques?
Yes. See our courses and workshops page for organisation programmes.
