Faith and the inner life
Spiritual guidance for the heart and the habits
Time with someone who will listen as you talk through your relationship with Allah: worship that feels heavy, a heart that feels distant, questions you have been carrying.

Who it's for
You might come to us for
- Salah (the five daily prayers) that has become inconsistent
- Feeling distant from the Qur'an or from du'a (supplication)
- Starting again after a long gap, or after regret
- Questions and doubts you have not felt able to voice
- Balancing faith with work, study and family
- New Muslims looking for steady, patient support
What we work on
Together, we focus on
- Small, consistent practices you can keep
- Tazkiyah: purification of the self and working with the nafs
- Tawbah, hope and beginning again
- Building a routine of dhikr, du'a and Qur'an
- Muhasabah (self-accounting) without harshness
How it works
What to expect
Every session ends with something practical you can do that week.
Book a time
Choose a session online, by phone or in person.
Talk it through
We listen first. You set the agenda and the pace.
One practice to begin
Each session ends with one small, specific practice for the week ahead.
Review and build
If you return, we look at what helped and build steadily from there.
Spiritual guidance is not a fatwa service. Questions of fiqh (Islamic law) are referred to qualified scholars. If what you are facing relates to your mental health, we will talk with you about the right professional support alongside your faith.
“Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.”
Qur'an, Ar-Ra'd 13:28 (Saheeh International)
Do you give fatwas or rulings?
No. We offer guidance and support. Questions of Islamic law are referred to qualified scholars.
I feel embarrassed about how far I have drifted. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Many people come to us after a long gap. We listen without judgement, and every session ends with a small, realistic step.
Is this the same as counselling?
No. Spiritual guidance focuses on faith, worship and the inner life. If you are struggling with your mental health, counselling or medical support may be the right place to start, and we can help you decide.
Can new Muslims book?
Yes. You are very welcome, and we can go at whatever pace suits you.
Sincere Naseeha mentoring and content offer guidance and support. They are not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, medical care or emergency services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help call NHS 111. Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
