الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ
“The religion is sincere advice.”
Sahih Muslim 55
The name
Naseeha is a duty, and a right.
In Arabic, naseeha is sincere advice: counsel given purely for the good of the person receiving it, free of self-interest. Everything we publish, every session we run and every message we send should be recognisable as advice offered for your benefit.
- We say the true thing kindly, rather than the comfortable thing.
- We advise towards action, not just inspiration.
- We protect your privacy as an amanah (trust).

Reflections you can act on
What naseeha really means, and why it is a duty
Sincere advice is not a gentle extra in Islam. The Prophet ﷺ described the whole religion in a single word.
Consistency over intensity: building habits that last
Big bursts of motivation rarely survive a busy month. The Prophetic model of growth is small, steady and repeated.
Before “we need to talk”: five principles for calmer conflict in marriage
Disagreement is normal in any marriage. What matters is how you disagree, and whether you both leave the conversation feeling heard.
Sincere Naseeha mentoring and content offer guidance and support. They are not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, medical care or emergency services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent medical help call NHS 111. Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
