Who we are

Sincere Naseeha is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at admin@sincerenaseeha.com.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, chosen service, date, time and format, practitioner preference, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes. For couples sessions, your spouse's or fiancé(e)'s name and, optionally, their email.
• Enquiries and course interest: your name, email, optional phone number, topic and message.
• Technical information: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security. To limit spam, our forms also record your IP address briefly.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

Sensitive information

Information about your health, faith or relationships is special category data under UK GDPR. You never have to share it through this website. If you choose to, we only use it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the optional box on our forms, and only to respond to you and prepare for your session. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To arrange and deliver the sessions you book (steps at your request before entering into a contract, and contract).
• To reply to your enquiry or tell you about a course you registered interest in (legitimate interests, and your consent).
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).
• To meet safeguarding and legal obligations where they apply (legal obligation, or vital interests in an emergency).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent. We use trusted providers to run this website:

• Zoho Corporation for email and calendar. Form submissions and bookings are sent to our Zoho Mail inbox and added to our Zoho Calendar.
• HostGator for website hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards. Where data is processed outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal and safeguarding obligations, and then delete it securely. The website itself does not store your form submissions; they are emailed to us.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@sincerenaseeha.com to make a request. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
